"This is not a 5* hotel at all. I give this a maximum of 4*. It’s clean but the staff were extremely helpless, and had no knowledge about anything. Even a simple question of “any suggestion for a good restaurant” was answered as “I don’t know.”. Breakfast was not on s 5* hotel level. Very ordinary ..."
