The toilet smelt like a sewer, damp or rot I could not sleep until 5:30am due to exhaustion the smell was really bad, tried to call to change rooms as there was nobody there but I was offered 25pound coupon and to leave my room with my wife and 2 children. Terrible service.

Die Unterkunft war zweckmässig,da sie nahe am Parkhaus Parkita liegt. In der Dusche lagen noch Haare des/der Vorgänger. Badezimmer nicht beheizt, ziemlich kühl. Da wir nur für eine Nacht dort waren, war es okay. Nochmal buchen würde ich es dennoch, da das Langzeit Parkhaus direkt gegenüber liegt und es somit sehr praktisch ist, in den Urlaub zu verreisen.

Die Nähe zum Flughafen mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel um 6 Uhr schlecht, auch vom Flughafen. Nur für Autofahrer zu empfehlem, Taxi ca 30€

Mein Zimmer 326 war nicht vorbereitet.Im Doppelbett waren meine Bettwäschen in einer Seiteschon benutzt als ich ins Zimmer kam.Benutztes Tasse stand im Zimmer.Bad stank schrecklich nach Abfluss und benutze Handtücher waren im Bad.Was soll ich noch sagen Leute.

Unser Zimmer war leider ziemlich dreckig. Der Teppichboden wurde ziemlich sicher nicht gestaubsaugt, da er ziemlich dreckig war und neben dem Bett z.B. sogar noch eine Tablette auf dem Boden lag. Die Dusche hat nicht funktioniert. Das Zimmer hätte eigentlich nicht vermietet werden dürfen ohne fließenden Wasser!

Der Check-In war ziemlich unkompliziert. Wir haben dazu direkt eine Gebühr von 8€ für das parken bezahlt. Danach waren wir mit dem PKW unterwegs und als wir zurück kamen, gab es keine Parkplätze mehr. Wir haben in der Rezeption gefragt, was wir tun sollen, da wir schon bezahlt haben und der Herr zeigte uns eine Parkmöglichkeit. Das fanden wir super. Im Zimmer lagen leider neben einem der drei Betten ein paar Socken, die nicht zu uns gehörten. Das ist definitiv ein No-Go. Außerdem wurden wir am nächsten Morgen um ca. 9 Uhr von einem Klopfen an der Tür geweckt. Da kam einfach jemand rein (wahrscheinlich eine Reinigungskraft) und als er sah, dass wir noch im Bett liegen, sagte er "Entschuldigung" und zog die Tür zu. Bei einem Checkout von 12 Uhr sollte kein Personal 3 Std. vorab einfach ins Zimmer kommen. Sonst war das Zimmer sauber und die Betten bequem. Nur das Kopfkissen ist leider ziemlich flach.

Sehr sauber. Check In und out sehr einfach. Badezimmer könnte wärmer sein, und ein Vergrößerungsspiegel wäre gut, ansonsten sehr gutes Hotel. Besonders praktisch, wenn man ein Event im PSD Bank Dome besucht, da direkt gegenüber.

Parkmöglichkeit sehr schlecht, mussten im Parkhaus gegen Gebühr parken. Besser wäre hier, die Parkgebühr bei Übernachtung, vom Hotel zu erstatten. Frühstück nicht so toll für den Preis, wie angenommen. Für kleinere Gäste (Erwachsene unter 150 cm) Brötchen, Joghurt nicht erreichbar (zu hoch aufgebaut).

Für das Konzert in der angrenzenden Halle natürlich unschlagbar ansonsten ist der Umgebung eher recht industrie. Personal ist wirklich super freundlich! Das standard Doppelzimmer hat leider nicht mal ein Wasserkocher, da muss man Comfort buchen. Aber für eine Nacht, wegen Konzert akzeptiert. industrielleumge
