Nice small hotel

Friendly staff and clean and tidy hotel with affordable price. Breakfast was surprisingly good. Location is excellent just around corner from underground station. Only minus was I was able to hear next room phone calls.

Little hotel punching way above its weight. Great staff, my room was really spacious, clean. I am a return offender, this place is starting to feel like home ;-) Also great that they have the VRR public transport ticket for 4€ / day, which lets you get around everywhere in the area of the VRR, which covers a lot of ground. A great deal for everybody using public transport.

My home away from home in Düsseldorf. Only thing missing is a reliable WiFi signal in the single room I staid in. It's in the periphery of the property, so that could be particular to this room, and a repeater should do the trick.

It was very pleasant, just the breakfast was boring and very standard. But they gave us hot water every night for tea which was wonderful , as there are no tea/coffee facilities in the room. Overall we were very happy.

They have this very heavy doors that even shake the walls when close, so you wake up every time your neighbours come back late at night or leave early. Cleaning is every other day only. Staff at the reception desk is extremely nice, though

Great location close to main train station. Friendly staff. Clean and functional. Room a bit small but that was expected. There during the heat wave so window was open which made it noisy.

The hotel is very old style and I had a really bad impression when I arrived late at the night. The room was fine very clean and luckily there wasn't moquette like in the corridors. The pillow was very bad, the room was quite hot and very noisy in the early morning. The blind couldn't cover any of the sun

The good: If you’re visiting Düsseldorf for Little Tokyo then this hotel is at a perfect location. It is within walking distance towards every restaurant and store you can find here. The staff speak perfect English and are friendly. The bad: The room has no airconditioning and I was visiting at a very hot day. They provide a fan so it was just about bearable, but definitely not comfortable. Also the hotel description on Expedia mentioned parking, but there’s no guarantee there’s space when you arrive. I ended up parking at the nearest parking building. Which wasn’t so far, but I probably would have picked a different hotel if I knew they couldn’t provide it anyway.
