It's a cosy location in the inner city near to the Kö and the old town. The stuff is gentle, but not all know to speak German. If you take a breakfast, you can have whatever you want. But, unfortunately, the eggs (boiled or scramble) was the worsest I have ever ate in a hotel.

Great room, poor breakfast.

Great room and amenities, I spotted dirty sheets though and the breakfast was quite poor. We had little to no food for breakfast as the food were finishing and they were not replacing. Unfortunately a very bad experience reg breakfast.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, firstly thank you for their effort. Room was a bit small however at least clean and comfort. Most disappointing part was the bed. It was very uncomfortable and definitely not suitable for two people. Other than that everything was good.

Check in was great. They allowed us to store our luggage early so we could return our rental, then let us check in early. Breakfast was good but was not part of our package so we had to pay separately which was quite expensive for a breakfast. We only did the one morning for breakfast and the next 2 mornings walked to a local bakery for pastries and coffee and saved ourselves a bunch of money. On our second day our toilet stopped working and someone came right away and played around with it but didn’t seem to know what he was doing and blamed it on low water pressure, when he was leaving he said it might work. Our entire stay our room was extremely cold, we figured we didn’t understand the temperature control system in the room so asked the front desk. They stated they control the temperature and would make adjustments from there end. The room continued to be extremely cold for the remainder of our stay.

Im grossen und ganzen war alles top. Die Dame an der Lobby hat englisch gesprochen. Das Zimmer war sauber. Die Toilette war mit Wasser und Heizung ausgestattet. Das war super. Das Frühstück hatte teilweise einen griechischen Touch... Ansonsten alles super bis auf die Umgebung. Man konnte nicht parken.

Hübsches Hotel mit tollen Panorama-Fenstern mit Blick auf etwas Stadtgrün. Nebenan ist auch ein schöner Park. Zimmer sind schick renoviert, Bad ist gut und allgemein ist alles gut durchdacht. Zwei Schwachpunkte, die mir einfallen: Wasserdruck war etwas niedrig in der Dusche und wir mussten ziemlich lang am Empfang warten, um empfangen zu werden. Aber sonst netter Service. Würde wieder kommen!
