Very close to central station. Plenty of dining options available within a reasonable walking distance. Room was entirely adequate with good bathroom facilities. The only small downside was no small refrigerator in the room.

The hotel was below my expectations. The rooms were very small and the cleanliness could have been better. The carpet in the room had many stains, and the receptionist was not friendly at all. On the positive side, breakfast was good and the restaurant looked nice. However, I don’t think I would choose to stay at this hotel again.

Vor etwas mehr als zwei Jahren bereits im gleichen Hotel übernachtet und so zufrieden gewesen, dass klar war, dieses wird wieder gebucht, hier kann man nichts falsch machen…..naja zu früh gefreut! Zum gebuchten Zimmer keine Auskunft möglich: Für ein geräumiges Familien Vierbettzimmer bezahlt, aber ein kleines Zimmer mit Sofabett erhalten (wir waren mit Baby unterwegs, also auch großer Kinderwagen), da wegen hohem Andrang alles „ausgebucht“ und nichts mehr in der Kategorie verfügbar war, konnte/wollte man uns nicht weiterhelfen. Angeblich seien die Zimmer in der gleichen Preisklasse?! Keine Entschädigung, Entschuldigung oder sonstiger Versuch dem unzufriedenen Gast behilflich zu sein..Korrektur es wurde angeboten den Kinderwagen in einem Raum bei der Rezeption abzusperren (lächerlich, nein danke!) Generell nicht kundenorientiert dort. Zum Zimmer an sich: Auf dem Laken waren Haare, Klima/Heizung ging nicht, Duschkabine undicht, keine Zimmerreinigung bei einem Aufenthalt unter vier Tagen, was an sich ok ist..Handtücher könnte man sich selbst an der Rezeption holen..ABER den Mühl kein einziges Mal leeren?! Wie gesagt wir kamen mit einem kleinen Baby, kann sich jeder denken was da täglich anfällt. Positiv: Zimmer lag zwar zur Bahnhofsseite, aber bei geschlossenem Fenster waren die Züge überhaupt nicht zu hören. Fazit alles in allem enttäuschend!

Eigentlich könnte man erwarten, dass beim Check-in mitgeteilt wird, dass das Zimmer erst nach 3 Tagen wieder gereinigt wird. Neue Handtücher mussten an der Rezeption abgeholt werden. Zimmer und Bett als Doppelzimmer ziemlich klein, kein Garderobenschrank, schlechte Aufhänge-Möglichkeit

Ich würde gerne mehr geben...aber leider war ich ein wenig enttäuscht....Doppelzimmer mit 2 Personen gebucht....bei der Ankunft erstmal dumme Sprüche bekommen da es ja noch kein check In gäbe erst ab 15 Uhr..nur weil man gesagt hat man hätte eine Reservierung sonst nichts...Dann ins Zimmer nur 1 Set an Handtüchern da anstatt 2...Komischer Rot/Pinker Fleck auf dem Teppich und auch nicht klein...2tes Set Handtücher dann bekommen dann bemerkt für größere Leute ist dieses Hotel nicht gemacht ich mit 1.86 war schon zu groß...und dann war auch noch unser Waschbecken verstopft und floss nicht normal ab sondern war immer komplett unter Wasser...Außerdem eine offene Duschen schön und gut aber dann wenn man fertig mit duschen ist...steht das halbe Badezimmer unter Wasser weil es nicht richtig konstruiert ist damit es nicht das halbe Bad unter Waser setzt Also ein ganz netter Aufenthalt aber würde ich nun nicht empfehlen

Das Hotel ist für die Durchreise völlig ok. Wir sind von Düsseldorf aus geflogen. Die Bahn ist in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Bitte über Expedia immer ohne Frühstück buchen und Vorort einfach zahlen. Unser Flug wurde auf 6Uhr umgebucht und somit das Frühstück mit 36 Euro umsonst bezahlt…. Expedia stellt sich da quer und meint man muss sich ans Hotel wenden, aber das hat damit nichts zu tun. Naja das nächste Mal sind wir dann wohl schlauer…

Top, mooi en verzorgd. Eén minpunt: we kwamen 10.15 binnen voor het ontbijt. Iemand van het personeel zei dat het ontbijt gezien het tijdstip niet meer aangevuld zou worden. Er lag nog voldoende, dus ontbijt betaald. We zaten amper en toen werden lampen uitgedaan, was het niet meer mogelijk of koffie of sap te halen en werd het ontbijt opgeruimd. Gevoel dat we niet welkom meer waren. Dat maakte het ontbijt niet prettig en duur. Maar los hiervan echt mooie accomodatie en fijn dat er ook een bagageopslag is.
