Radisson Blu Media Harbour Hotel, Düsseldorf
The room itself was excellent. Well located, walkable or close to tram. A couple of minor issues were an unpleasant odor in the hallway and an error with my booking. As well only one elevator was functioning for two days of my stay.

Room was very clean, staff was courteous and helpful. Hotel is an excellent location if you are willing to walk 15 to 20 minutes to reach the inner city tourist area.
