"We were there on an off season, so it was very quite, but the accommodations were great and it was a close walk to the ocean/beach. "

"First and foremost this apartment is in an ideal location, close to everything in the center but on a quiet tucked away street. The manager was friendly. We stayed on the third floor apartment. It was clean and had ample space and amenities. If you’re a light sleeper, though, the air conditioner is extremely loud and doesn’t function well."

"Spacious apartment that is well connected to the centre by bus. The communication before arrival is a bit confusing. The address is an apartment building. When you ring the doorbell, you’re sent to a Best Western hotel across the street. There provide you with the key to the apartment building. The apartment looks a bit dated but is comfy. "Arrived unable to access apartment due to construction going on which we were unaware of. The area in front of the access door was completely blocked by contractors vehicles with wire fence and orange tape. After making enquires it was ascertained this was the access to apartment, on entering with our bags we had to make our way through dust construction debris and 8-10 workman carrying bucket loads of construction material which they were emptying on their truck parked outside the apartment...

"Die Zimmer sind sehr schön. Aber leider gibt es kein Restaurant. Cafe schließt um 15:00 Uhr. Man kann nur in das Restaurant am Golfplatz (ca. 300 m entfernt) gehen. Das schließt während der Woche leider auch schon um 17:00 Uhr. Es bleibt also nur eine Autofahrt nach Grado."

A lovely stay and great staff

"The property is very clean and well-cared for. The location is also excellent, and we appreciated having enough space for both of our suitcases. The staff was also very lovely. Our "issue" (and it's not a really big deal at all) is that the "Modernist" design so touted by the ads, was just really hokey, and even looked a bit cheap. The light fixtures in the room were WAY too bright, and the hallways were just a bit grim. Of course, this is very subjective."
