"Ipaid for a deluxe room. The hotel assigned me a room that was without any heat source. NH Hotel would not change my room. On Friday night a group of rowdy young adults were also assigned rooms in my room vicinity. A totally terrible experience."

Not properly explained at check in, and despite asking for an easy to get to room I had to take two lifts and steps with a heavy case. When I asked for help with my case in checkout I was told ‘we don’t have a bell service’. A technician kindly helped me."

Yes the door was locked, however when the gentleman came in at around 10.00 p.m. I thought he was actually in my room as the sound of his voice carried through. Not only that, every time he went to the bathroom, I could literally hear everything! He may as well have been in my room"
