"After parking my car, the walking to the entrance, there was trash and dog poop on the sidewalk, which is still there when I left. The lobby is beautiful. Room was nice, clean but average-nothing special. My room, no matter what I set the temperature at stayed at 66*. I called and asked them for an extra blanket, it never came. The next morning, I called and asked them to send someone to fix it. I waited an hour and a half and no one showed up. I enjoyed the beach with the chairs and service. Lunch was great too. I have traveled all over the world and stayed in many hotels. I guess for the price of this hotel, I expected more. For me, it was average."

"Disappointing Vacation Stay — Not Worth the Cost I recently stayed here while vacationing, and unfortunately, the experience was a major letdown. For the price we paid, I expected a much higher standard of quality, but it simply was not worth the money spent. The most immediate issue was the room environment; it felt damp and had a persistent, musty odor that made it hard to relax. The cleanliness was also well below par, the fixtures were dirty, and the showerhead was disgusting, appearing as though it hadn't been deep-cleaned in years. To make matters worse, there was no breakfast provided, despite it being advertised as included. While I will say the staff was very friendly and professional, their kindness couldn't make up for the poor room conditions and the lack of basic amenities. If you are looking for a comfortable vacation spot, I would recommend looking elsewhere for better value."

"Outside was extremely dirty; pool looked ok; room was clean and bed comfortable"

"I needed two queen beds and a sofa bed to accomodate my party of 5. They were sold sold out and only had a King size bed with a soda bed. I didnt receive a courtesy call prior to my arrival to explain the situation. We worked around the situation and decided to take the King bed with the sofa. Upon opening the sofa bed, there were dog hairs everywhere. Tried calling room service but none of the phone in the room worked. I had to call the main number from my cell phone. The fitted sheets were full of dog prints...disgusting. Toilet was clogged up. The next morning we decided to have breakfast onsite. There was food spilled on the floor. Tables and tables with dirty plates.15 minutes to get a waffle because they only have one waffle machine. Just a hot mess. "
