Room was a bit tired, large red wine stain on carpet near window. Didn't have breakfast as price via Expedia was £30 pp!! Was not advised on any breakfast rate by reception at check-in so never had.

The Landmark Hotel & SPA Leisure Club Dundee By Sunday
Room was clean enough but one large bed for 2 10 year olds and 1 adult was off putting. Apparently the sites that allow you to book dont take into account the number of bodies. The staff at the hotel are all lovely, professional and friendly but the food is not good. For the prices i expected more ...
