Overnight stop at very dated hotel

Floor in room was not clean and had spills, room was worn and dated. Lobby was very dated and cluttered. Staff was friendly at check in. Morning breakfast was very basic and minimal. Very small breakfast area. Few seats, dated and tables not clean.

There aren’t a lot of choices in this area, but I feel they could do a better job, especially with cleanliness. Breakfast was adequate, and beds were pretty comfortable. Nice that Trailriders restaurant is right next door, along with a Basha’s grocery store.

The bedding was stained, the bathroom looked like the floors were never cleaned, the breakfast area was not wiped regularly which meant there were food crumbs and food on the counters and tables. The staff was very courteous and friendly.

Best Western very old ran down place to stay. For the price it didn’t even meet our least expectations. The stair cases were not lit in the night time. Room had several lights burned out in the room. The room pillows were far from comfortable, bed mattresses were good. Heater has to be ran high to heat the entire room making it very uncomfortable for the person in the bed closest. The room entrance door does not close all the way. The bathroom tiles were lose and needed cocked. But overall the room was clean.

Stayed here recently on a ride. This is a fairly clean organized motel. It is however crazy overpriced. Although breakfast was included, they ran out of food by 7:30. There is a Circle K a short walk which is a better bet. Also, no tray in the shower so you need to put your stuff on the floor. Some of the other riders stayed at the EconoLodge and said it was fine. They paid $70 per night. I paid $195 at the Best Western. As I said, ridiculously overpriced for what it is.... Will not be back.

Nice room, but a bit too warm.

Clean room, comfy bed, excellent TV, nice breakfast and friendly staff. Only downside was our inability to find a comfortable temperature. It was really cold outside, and the heating unit was actually making the room too warm. Tried several settings, plus the heating unit would kick on and off. A bit disruptive for sleep. Still, it was a nice hotel and we'd stay there again if needed.

We checked in a little after 3pm and the television for the room was being used for an employee training program. The TV was brought back around 4:30pm. The room was not serviced for the 3 days during the stay. The first day, we did forget by leaving the "Do Not Disturb" notice on the door. The facility is clearly the best for the Eagar/Springerville area in terms of newer build and very convenient for the grocery store and restaurant. Will probably stay there again but would make it clear next time that for $200 per night, I expected maid service. Morning breakfast service was good. Allen

Really enjoyed our stay. Always love sink outside of bathroom. Had 2 luggage racks which were very useful. Though not a handicapped room was please to see a grab bar in the shower. The room was nice and roomy.
