"Well this looked like a back house for maids. The 2nd bedroom light had no on and off switch so my kids had to sleep with their light on. We were 4 guests, but they had only placed 2 small cups for coffee. The doors inside were actually cupboard doors. The heater was a normal 2 bar heater instead of the aircon that was there. Definitely not worth the price"

"The staff are friendly. It was well kept and maintained. I find most of the complaints irrelevant. The bath needs to be redone and the geyser was off when we got there, but otherwise all good. "

"We stayed over as we were attending a wedding nearby. I only wish we were staying longer as the place was so beautiful. The rooms are absolutely stunning, well-appointed, beautifully decorated with attention to detail and lovely little extra touches. The staff are incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make things run smoothly even though they were experiencing load shedding in the area. "

"All was OK, especially the very good swimming pool and the really very nice well kept garden, thanks to the property's dedicated grounds keeper, but the kitchen needs to be restocked with more cooking wares and specially drinking glasses as there were none of these at all.."

"I did not enjoy the stay. I had to ask 3 times for an iron. Other guests did not follow the rules wrt noise which went on till after 12, inconsiderate of other guests and the staff did nothing to address this, so overall not a nice stay. "
