"Upon getting our keys on March 28, 2025, the Middle Eastern male staff member seemed to be in a bad mood. He was not welcoming. When we got to our room, there was a piece of hair in our sink, there was no hand soap near the sink, and it was three wet spots on the toilet paper as if it was used. I attempted to report this to the Middle Eastern staff member. I first told him that we did not have soap; however, he told me that the Hotel did not supply soap. I did not have hand soap for 24 hours with my son having bad allergies.
I went back downstairs, hoping to find another staff member to help me with my concerns. Keira was delightful and responsive. I asked for a late checkout, and finally was giving cancel for our hands. Nevertheless, the day of checkout, I made open the door without permission two hours before my quoted check out time. Although, Kira was delightful, I would never visit this hotel again. "
"This was my second stay and it was not as good as the first. This time, my shower was dirty, the shower shelf literally fell off the wall, the room A/C was not powerful enough (I like it cold to sleep), and somehow this room's bed was not as comfortable as my first stay's room. I'm chalking it up to a bad day and I will be back most likely."

6/10 Okay
"We had a non functioning hot water handle in the bathroom. The engineer couldn’t budge it without a wrench! So we didn’t have use of that but the hotel was trying to be accommodating except they couldn’t give a discount or comp because we booked through a 3rd party! If only I knew! I won’t be using hotel.com because there’s very little that could be done except through them and there wasn’t an easy way to get in touch with them so it probably went unreported! Don’t want to say never again but this has soured us on using any other or this, 3rd party service."
"Casino was not lively but better than the stay, the room had no windows and they didn't give me the option of choosing a room with or without window, bed was comfortable though. No restaurants like advertised only eateries which all did not open until Friday. Location was NOT convenient"
