"Clean room great staff. Location is excellent for early flights out of Seattle airport. The hotel provides patrons with a $10.00 coupon for Sharps Roasters right next to the hotel. Great place for a dinner, fairly priced for location. Quick shuttle service with very helpful drivers. While close to the airport there was no airplane noise."

"I really appreciated how warm and nice the staff was. I accidentally left a jacket in the room and they were helpful in finding a way to get the item found and sent to me."

"The room was ok except for both sets of curtains/shades were broken. The chain hardware was off both so my husband fixed it so we could get some light. The breakfast didn’t begin until 7 and my sister thought she could eat before her flight but left on the shuttle at 7. Was not made clear on our reservations. Coffee was marginal."

"Got to our room the shower had a bunch of hair in it found items from the previous guest got changed 100 deposit and still have not received it back and front desk was trying to charge my card with out permission that’s why I had it locked I want my money back for the stay or at least half"
