"This place was amazing! Pretty pool, beautiful grounds, eclectic retro place! The front desk lady was so sweet and easy check in! Only thing I was sad about was the restaurant is closed. She said they’re selling it but you’d never know it by how well the room is maintained and friendly the lady was. This place is amazing"
"Skyler and the blonde lady( sorry, didn't catch her name) were very courteous, helpful and super nice. The hot tub and pool were great, just what we needed. Loved being in the jacuzzi rooms, they were quiet, loved feeling like we had the place to ourselves. The trolley stop is a great value, not having to pay $5 everytime we park somewhere is great. Plus being that close to Java Dudes is a definite plus( great kolaches). If we go to Eureka Springs again, we will definitely stay here."
"Very clean, very well- maintained, great beds, great shower, great attention to detail, extremely quiet, couldn’t ask for more, definitely our new go-to when we visit NWA."
"The cabin felt like we walked back in time to the 50s or 60s when motor courts were so prevalent, before big hotel chains. The real log cabin is kept in almost pristine condition. Even though the cabin is small, it offered a king sized bed and 2 comfortable chairs. Easy access to the town. We chose the hottest days to be there so the air conditioner struggled to keep the space cool. Luckily we found a fan in the closet. Wi-fi was a bit sluggish. We never met any staff but spoke with them on the phone and they were very helpful and accommodating."
"The staff was very friendly. The rooms comfortable and clean. The only negative aspect was the check in area was so messy and unorganized looking. . .papers all over the place behind the counter."
"My wife and I rented a castle for our 20th anniversary. We got the anniversary package and vow renewal package. When we arrived there was cake, champagne, and two engraved champagne glasses for us. The vow renewal the following day was very nice, they have a little chappel on the property with a waterfall for pictures. We left for dinner and when we returned there were tealight candles all areound the room and a rose as well as a copy of our vows on the bed plus more champagne and two more glasses. Upstairs there were more candles and rose petals all around the jacuzzi. It was truly a magical experience. We will most definitely be back to try the hobbit caves."
