"Room was nice parking was easy the pool was well worth it my kids loved it it was heated to breakfast was delicious and the staff was so friendly "

"Room was fairly clean. Parking was fine. The bed broke when my wife sat on it (140lbs). When we called to complain, nobody was there to help. A new room was offered but the original room was part of a joined room reservation so we stayed not to disturb my daughter and her friends next door and they had no more joined rooms available. We were uncomfortable sleeping in fear that it would keep breaking if we moved. Channels on TV were horrible and couldn't connect to prime or netflix. View out window to pool & hottub was horrible (green and slimy). Smelled like cigarette smoke and cat pee covered by air fresheners in halls. My kids went to breakfast and decided the only thing good was the make-it-yourself waffle and coffee. I wouldn't recommend at all. Until they work on these things they should be labeled as a 2-star hotel."

"It was a great stay but the walls are thin .. you can here people talking and partying though the night .. I book there for a quite retreat... but over alll if they have a wedding or conference good luck on getting some rest or relaxation.. for the money paid not worth it booking it again... "
