"We had a great stay, the property & garden is lovely, breakfast buffet was good, appreciated the onsite parking. Main reason I chose it was the walking distance to downtown Victoria. Staff was nice & helpful."

"1. Very ,very, very, convenient location , 2. located in center of very things . First , it is A great location right In front of a harbor , when get off the FRS Victoria Cliper , Walk across the road less then 3 minutes is the Hotel Grand Pacific . Our room is face the harbor , we were enjoy the beautiful views day & night . Room is super clean , hotel allow us check in early , that is nice gesture . Second , Hotel is located in the center of very things Empress hotel has beautiful flower garden , Hop on & hop off tour bus , horse carriage ride , bike ride rental water taxes ,Etc.Ect.Ect all in walking distance. There are tons of fun things you can enjoy it , with hotel convenience location ."

"We had an ocean view suite which provided an amazing sea scape view. The front desk/guest services staff were great, we had a 3pm spa appointment and we were very thankful to be accommodated for an early room check inn at 2pm. In our room, the bed had a bit if an irritating "rattle", one couldn't so much as wiggle their finger without initiating " tika... tika....tika...tika" sound from the upper right corner of the headboard. The deep jetted tub was a true pleasure. Although we booked through Expedia, when we enquired regarding any Expedia Gold member benefits ( ie. comped breakfast), we were told that " we don't do Expedia benefits". Perhaps a bit if clarification on this, thanks. All in all, a very nice stay."

"There is absolutely nothing to fault here. We only stayed one night with a late booking as our plans changed near the end of our trip. It was easily the best room we had out of 11 nights away and also the cheapest, which was a pleasant surprise! I wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed more of what this hotel has to offer. If we return to Victoria in the future, we will 100% be staying here!"

"We had room 345 that overlooked the golf course. Beautiful view to see anytime of day. The veranda was very spacious since it extended beyond other verandas. It is a two queen room and feels spacious. Though there was a wedding, noise level was barely noticeable from music. Restaurant staff very helpful in meeting my request for urgency to bring out food because of my meeting."

"We stayed at the Rosemead House for 3 nights for our anniversary trip. What a treat it was! The room had beautiful decor and everything was so well thought of. It was very clean and the staff was so kind and friendly. We had dinner at Janevca and breakfast at the hotel. That was some of the best food we have had! We were very pleased with our stay and will definitely be coming back! Thank you to all the staff for your amazing work :)"
