"For the cost, we were very happy with what we received. The hotel had a nice appearance upon driving in (it was surrounded by other similar, nice hotel properties (Staybridge, Courtyard Marriot, Tru Hilton, etc.) We mainly picked this hotel because it has an indoor pool AND a hot tub and both were very nice in appearance and function. The hours were great as well. 6A-10PM for the pool and if you're over 18yo, you can stay until midnight. Room was clean and the bathroom had lots of counter space. I would have liked a more accessible outlet by the nightstand however. Room had a mini-fridge and microwave. Bed not the comfiest but not bad. The breakfast included some hot items like scrambled eggs, bacon, and a WAFFLE STATION! Do not miss this - it's hidden around the corner from the rest of the food. Other items included cereal, bread items (bagels, toast, muffins), cold items like yogurt, cream cheese, and hard boiled eggs, juice. Fruit was just wrapped apples. Rooms are advertised as soundproof but we could hear the highway. Ask for a non-highway side room at checkin (room numbers ending in an odd number face the highway). Also, check out is noon! Anyway, definitely recommend."

"There were roaches! They made me pay in cash. I checked out early and they refused to refund me my money. It is next to a strip club so it doesn’t feel very safe. The room cleaner slammed on the door so loud I was woken up (i was working night shift). All of the staff was rude. The rooms look like they haven’t been updated in 30 years. I found hairs and dust all over. One of the staff walked into the room and even whipped there finger across some dust and said the room was clean. I have never been so disappointed with a service. They stole my money!!!!!! "

"We enjoyed our overnight stay and the Receptionists at check in and check out were very friendly and helpful. The only suggestion I would make is to have the carpets cleaned. Especially the carpets that are located in the hallways, They looked rough. I know that we are coming out of the winter season but there is still availability on carpet cleaning."
