"The property was ideal for us as an overnight stop over & had all the facilities we needed. Lovely location & views. We had an initial glitch when we arrived as someone was already in the pod we had been allocated & weren't very welcoming to us. After a quick phone call to the owners all was resolved very quickly"

"We stayed at Evenjobb Court Farmhouse for three nights while working on a project nearby, and it couldn’t have been better. The house is fantastic, spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and incredibly spacious, with everything we could possibly need. The amenities were excellent and fully stocked, which made the stay really comfortable and hassle-free. "I had never stayed in a room above a Public House but I was amazed just how good the Staff made me feel. I was escorted to a lovely clean room with excellent facilities. I soon realised that the owners took personal control of guest relations when I requested extra warm bedding, it was delivered to my room by one of the co-owners, in person! This level of attention to detail continued throughout my stay and nothing was too much trouble. The food served on the premises was cooked to a high standard and I enjoyed all selections that I ate. I also provided constructive feedback when I felt one particular dish would have been better served on a plate instead of a wooden platter. A minor detail when considered amongst the warmth extended to residents and non residents alike. I am sure that I will return to The Salwey Arms next year, if still under the same management Team. Thank you for everything. "
