"We were instantly made to feel welcome when checking in, everything was explained to us regarding the facilities the dining arrangements and the bars. Very friendly and polite staff too. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend."

Shrigley Hall Hotel and Spa
"The rooms are dated and not cleaned to an acceptable standard. Breakfast was average. These standards are not in keeping with the prices especially as the spa and pool are not included"

"Room was very clean and easy self check-in. The views from the room are great. The kitchen had all I needed to cook my dinners and well stocked! The property is very welcoming, lots of parking too."

Bucknall Lodge Family Room 3 Hanley
"Filty from the entrance to the kitchen and toilet. I coukd not have a shower or use the kitchen. The room is fine. The advert says private bathroom but it was shared. I had to go downstairs to the back of the kitchen to get to the toilet. Wont come back."
