"I like the fact that the walls were cement at very quiet between rooms. If you're in the front of the property, it's a lot quieter. The rooms were good and seemed clean. The only thing I found with the room was the floor hadn't been mopped in a while.It was swept and everything.But if you had bare feet, your feet were black by the end of the day. I'm sure it's because there is asphalt outside.And people bring it in on their shoes. Makes the towels black when you stand on them. The breakfast is nothing spectacular.The coffee was good. "

"It's a really nice hotel but please take note that this place is opposite the Lake Havasu City so plan accordingly if you want to go to the city. "
