"The property is OLD building with good location, but the Reception Staff Mr. Naji Was very cooperative with every guest, trying to help you by all means, this type of staff should be promoted and encouraged always. "
"Séjour décevant hôtel très propre mais qui vieilli très mal. Odeur très désagréable dans la salle de bain moisissures sur les murs de la chambre et salle de bain des peintures à refaire

"The restaurant and food were wonderful, but it would be much better if at least one staff member could speak English or Arabic. Otherwise, it is almost impossible to communicate with them"
"Pros: The staffs are very kind, polite and always smiling. The panorama was very nice.
Cons: Rooms are very small, toilet was smelling very bad. Tiny house made from metal sheets, causing always hot inside the room.
Jakuzi was good but not so clean, no regular cleaning, you need to call the service for cleaning.
Overall, the price/satisfaction is very low, you can pay similar amount for better places.
I don't recommend staying there."
"Beautiful hotel with clean rooms, extremely friendly staff with amazing breakfast. Me and my family is really happy with our visit. Also excellent value for money. Would definitely recommend this place."
"Our first room was smoked. Per our request, staff changed the room to 3rd floor, no elevator. Room was clean, but bathroom window and shower stall had moldy sealer, a shocking. Bed was too soft and sagging, not comfortable. Location was okay, for the small city. Breakfast was very basic, Staff was friendly, but I don’t recommend it. "
