2/10 Terrible

"disgusting. we got into our room with hairs on the sheets and dirty. We switched rooms and more hairs on the bed. when calling the desk they had housekeeping come and they were yelling at each other and threw the sheets on the floor- left and didn’t say anything then showed up later. The front desk said she was the manager then the real manager suddenly appeared 5 minutes later to apologize. The only thing we received were 2 drink cards "
