Yes and yes The rooms had been remodeled in past few years. Excellent shape everything works Even has silverware good pots & pans in the kitchen area. I saw but did not use the gym and guest laundry. I’d rate the room excellent. (Only other place I’ve stayed at in good category is Extended Stay America ...
