"Room amazing, staff even more amazing wasn’t feeling well the day after check in due to & small issues. The staff kicked into over drive to take care of me. Ms. Brenda Ms. Deidra in house keeping, and Ms. Aretha Wallace’s room service/ highlight sports bar. Not to mention management for guests services that I spoke with morning of Jan. 2nd so sorry I don’t remember your name but I’ll never forget you within 30 mins your grace took over you made sure I didn’t want nor need for anything. Very well located between Biloxi and Pass Christian and close to anything that you might need."
