"Staff was helpful, but room was showing its age. Some mold in bathroom. Property outside needed a clean up. Stayed in same property two years ago and not the same feel."
"Booked a King Room for our anniversary road trip and upon arriving at the hotel, they had no more King Rooms available. They did nothing at the hotel to help with the mix up. Just said no more are available. The sheets on one bed had a big brown mark on it and we ended up not sleeping in it. The pool and hot tub were very chlorinated. The hallways had garbage scattered by the elevator and some outside of rooms. We will not be staying at this hotel again."
