"Replacement of amenities in the room was inconsistent by cleaning staff. "

"Parking is terrible Bedsheets were dirty in BOTH rooms. (We were given another room after finding dirty sheets and pillows in the first room) Staff didn’t seem to care when complaints were made. "

"You have to oark a block away from the hotel The hotel requires a deposit that can only be paid with a credit card. No debit or virtual visa. The room was very expensive and very outdated. The furniture is old and the finish was coming off. The toilet didn’t flush properly. Not a good experience and I will not be back. I booked the room in December for $235/night but when I got there to pay for my reservation the price had gone up to $339/night."

"Very comfortable stay "

"The breakfast buffet in the morning was kept full each time we went. The first morning it was almost over when we got down to it but it was still full of all foods. The rooms were cleaned daily, the staff was always willing to help in anyway needed. It was a wonderful holiday with an exceptional hotel stay."
