"We arrived around 5:00Pm, for a long weekend the wether was stormy. We struggled to find the place as it is in the middle of nowhere next to a farmhouse. The layout was good with ample space but there’s no shower gels or hand washing soap in bathrooms. Heating stopped working the next day. Tried contacting the Sykes office and unable to get through. "Hotel was clean and staff friendly. It was very hot and room was unbearable at times due to lack of air con. Fan was provided but was inadequate. Surprised to be charged service charge on afternoon tea and evening meal on top of normal charges without being informed in advance. This considering we received our tea but no cups and then the food but no plates."
