"I loved the staff and the platinum experience. I would recommend they put heaters in the room, as in June the temperature drops and it was very cold i actually got sick. There were big roaches i seen twice and a few lizards in rooms. So spraying for bugs will be great too. "

I celebrated my 40th birthday here with my partner—his first time traveling outside the country—and this resort set the standard sky-high for all future vacations. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and exceptional. If we could make this our regular escape, we absolutely would. The resort is beautifully maintained, the atmosphere is equal parts relaxing and luxurious, and the level of service is unmatched. We chose to stay in the Excellence Club section and I highly recommend it for anyone seeking a more refined, adults-only experience. It offered a peaceful environment with elevated amenities that truly enhanced our stay. We stayed in the Exellence club beachfront honeymoon two-story rooftop terrace suite w/plung pool. It was modern, spacious, and impeccably designed. It had everything we could possibly need and more—comfort, style, and thoughtful touches throughout. The staff was consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to assist. Their hospitality played a huge role in making our trip so memorable. Small note: be mindful of the coral reefs in the ocean. They can be painful if stepped on barefoot. Overall, Finest Punta Cana surpassed all expectations. It will be incredibly hard to top this experience, and we’re already looking forward to a return visit. Highly, highly recommended."
