"The hotel was great and the amenities were all well maintained. While we were there the power went off from about 10pm till 3am. The hotel was so dark and the ac and wifi were gone. Needlessly to say that was not expected but there was no notification sent to anyone as to when the power was returning or anything. Lastly, even though Expedia ask for children ages at the time of booking, check your email confirmation because they still booked us as having infants, and during check in they informed us that we had to pay an additional $1500 for our children and of course we had to pay because we were already there. Not ideal! It happened to several people in our group. Also, my 13 year old paid as an adult but yet couldn’t go to the adult only places (18+ years). You should not charge 13 years and up as an adult and then not let her in adult places."

"Property itself was so beautiful, not a dull moment transportation around the property was a 10/10. Everything was very clean and well kept up with. Staff w just as wonderful everyone was very lovely and helpful. I recommend visiting this place and i would definitely stay again."

"I recently stayed at the Grand Palladium Select in Punta Cana and had a wonderful experience. The resort is beautiful and very large, with multiple pools, a wide variety of restaurants, and plenty of activities to keep guests entertained throughout their stay. The food selection was excellent, and there was always something different to enjoy. The beach was lovely, although there was some seaweed along the shoreline that could have been cleaned up a bit more. That said, it’s a natural occurrence and did not take away from the overall enjoyment of the resort. A special thank you to my Expedia concierge, Juan Jalpay, who was an excellent addition to the experience. He kept me informed about the daily activities, assisted with dinner reservations, and was always helpful and professional. His attention to detail made the trip even more enjoyable and stress free. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely return. If you’re looking for a large resort with plenty of dining options, pools, activities, and excellent service, I highly recommend the Grand Palladium Select Punta Cana."
