"property just down rd from the hard. Hard to find without prior knowledge. Entry was difficult becuase the entry system at first took a lot of doing. It is on a safe system that needs imput from the owners and a no to get the small safe to drop and reveal the key to apt. Not able to get TV or internet until landlady came on sun morning. "Considering the price, we had high hopes for our stay at this house, but unfortunately, we were quite disappointed. Upon arrival, we found the property was not very clean. There was urine left in the upstairs toilet, the downstairs bathroom was dusty with hair around the toilet, and the bath mat had been folded up while still wet. "Lovely apartment, very clean and spacious for two. Good facilities (though the cutlery is rather basic) and very comfortable. It took us a while to find a car parking space but having the parking permit passed were a godsend. Great location. "

"When we arrived at the Beachcroft we discovered that our twin bedded room was on the first floor. I made a request to change the room to one on the ground floor. The staff set to and prepared a ground floor room and arranged it as twin beds. This was achieved within 10 minutes of my request which I thought was excellent service. We booked a table for dinner and were very impressed not only with the menu but with the level of service which was first class. We took dinner on the second night and were once again given a high level of service. We would like to thank all of the staff for the service that we received. A very efficient hotel. We will definitely return and will pass on our experience to friends and family. "
