"Everything was clean."

"Currently doing renovations so main lobby closed and used small entrance. Booked room with balcony but unfortunately it rained during the day before we got there and the chair pillows were left out to get soaked. Finally dried out by morning but made the balcony less appealing. Nice room, big bed and great TV. No parking (and valet parking is $45/night which seems excessive). No room service but plenty of great restaurants 4 minutes away on foot. Highly recommend "Elizabeth" around the corner on Wharf Street."

"The property location was great to explore downtown Portland walking . The rooftop bar was very nice for a glass of wine and fantastic views. The bedding was exceptional and the hotel restaurant was perfect for breakfast. I would highly recommend. "
