"AC didn’t work - humid and ineffective- and was incredibly loud when it blew air. Kept us up all night. I’ve also used water fountains with more water pressure than the shower. Will never stay here again."
"Need to handle complaints more seriously. There has been some deranged people staying in the room next to mine from arguing to fighting singing very loudly just a lot of drama. Reporting this seem not to help. "
"The lady upfront was very sweet, however the room wasn't very clean. The floors were extremely nasty (make sure you don't go barefooted) I spilt some water and when I wiped it up the towel was disgusting. There was some brown matter 💩 hanging onto the caulk around the bottom of the toilet, I always carry bleach with me to any hotel to spray the shower down before I get in it but I took a wash rag and wiped the inside of the tub (just to see) and the grime turned the wash rag. Maybe I'm being too picky, but I think for the price I paid, it definitely should have been clean."
"There was loud music by my room so I ask to go to another room got to that room it had not been cleaned so I went back to the office and ask for a refund and the manager was very nasty to me how I have to wait 10 days for my refund I was also told that the pool was not open it had not been open for years I would never recommend the hotel to my worst enemy it’s nothing like the website shows I will never go there again I would sleep in my car ."
"The staff were kind and helpful. The hotel was very quiet and did not have many guests. Internet worked great for my needs for the weekend which involved some decent amount of laptop work. The room was bright and updated. Linens were clean. Bed was comfortable. The only disappointing issue for cleanliness was that the floors in the room needed to be mopped. My feet came up dark, dirty black after walking around for a while. I just grabbed some towels and did the job myself in a few minutes, but it was a very big oversight. Also, breakfast was decent though the eggs and bacon appeared reheated. Otherwise a solid hotel."
