"We chose this hotel specifically because my daughter's school was hosting senior prom here. We didn't find out until we got to the hotel that to 'self park' you have to drive around the block, across the street and in a parking garage where they only accept cash. Valet parking was $25 a night and it was 15-20 mins to have my car parked, to get back into it, then to pick it up. They only had one person working. It took 20 minutes to get checked in, and I was initially told that my room wasn't ready (half an hour past check-in). I was told they had to 'try' to find us a room so we wouldn't have to wait to get in. The room was very warm, the electrician came up to check and make sure that everything was running how it was supposed to. But it took several hours for the room to finally cool down. It wasn't very clean, the carpets and chairs were very stained. The pull out sofa bed was horrendously uncomfortable. The mattress was so thin the metal bars shoved into my back and hips no matter how I laid. But the beds themselves were much better. Bring your own pillows, the ones here are awful. Couldn't use the pool bc kids were incredibly loud, jumping in, and the two adults being The staff was very friendly, and as helpful as they could be."

"The Marriott was very nice. Clean and the front desk very friendly. It is in kind of a busy location and a little confusing to get to with the one way streets. The area has definitely seen better days."

"The hotel stay was good and staff was friendly. Only issue I had which is my fault for not looking cause it does have that in the details on hotels.com, is that I had to pay $11 for parking. My issue is they price gouge for the room because of the concert we were going to but then realizing I also had to pay for parking. I have never paid for hotel parking in my life except once cause they had limited parking, you may have to park in a parking garage but you just brought ticket to front desk and they validated it for you so no charge."
