"Only 1 handicap accessible room in the entire hotel. My deposit was not returned at checkout and hotel says it takes five business days. Stayed at another hotel before this one and had deposit returned before you even left the hotel not happy. Still don’t have refund six days after I’ve left."

"The check-in was very quick, room was ready and somewhat clean. TV area and coffee maker space was dusty. I appreciated how quickly the heat turned on and warmed up the room. The TV was a bit slow when pressing the buttons. The toilet was very loud after flushing and noise continued until the tank filled up. I thought the heat was great until I tried to find a good temperature to sleep with. It was too hot on low heat with other dial closer to lower heat. I tried the 2 fan settings and also tried the lower heat with other dial between heat and cool. So I turned off, and woke up cold, turned back on to warm up, woke up hot and that was my sleeping night cycle. When I was okay with the heat I was hearing the pipes as the squeaked when used and other toilets flushing. The bed was nice and cinfy and so were the pillows although I didn't enjoy my sleep the 2 nights I stayed. The shower pressue is strong and that was nice. The fitness room had what I needed, older equipment but it did the job. Continental breakfast was okay, small boiled eggs, coffee and teas, cereal, the fresh fruit was nice! Toast, bagels muffins and some pastries. I wish there were some oatmeal packets. You can upgrade your breakfast for a cost. There was enough parking space even though it was a busy time. All in all I would probably try to be on one of the top floors to avoid the noisey pipes, as for the heater though, I am not sure how that could be fixed."

"Staff were excellent, especially front desk, friendly and helpful. Room set up was simple, ok clean. Bed was too soft, not good if someone with back problems. No restaurant onsite, they do serve a free breakfast. I didn’t have any but looks sufficient. Overall, it’s a good stay for the price. "
