Room has really bad smell, you can hear people talking from other room, very poor condition. I don’t understand where is the good reviews come from.

Best Western PLUS Ruston Hotel
The breakfast menu was terrible, the rooms look they cleaned everything with the same Clorox wipe, we had no fresh towels. We were charged double normal prices because of a softball tournament in town and for that kind of money I expect top notch and it was bare minimum.

I’m very disappointed in this room, There were stains on the bed and hair in the bathroom near the shower as well as on the sink. Not a clean place to stay.
