Check-in was smooth, and the reception staff upgraded me to a beautiful Exclusive Room with a fantastic view of the city skyline. Service throughout the stay was excellent, from housekeeping to dining. A special mention for the in-room dining team. On the night of December 31st, my sister and I returned late from a gathering and placed an order around 2:30 a.m. Despite the late hour, the team called to confirm the order and delivered freshly cooked, hot food within an hour. That level of service and care truly stood out and made us feel very well looked after. The restaurants were equally impressive, offering high-quality food with a great variety. I also loved spending time at the Sky Lounge. I met friends there a few times and thoroughly enjoyed the live music, ambiance, and overall vibe of the place. What really sets ITC Royal Bengal apart is the balance of luxury, warmth, and professionalism. Every interaction, from the front desk to dining and housekeeping, reflected genuine hospitality.
