Room was clean and great room service attendants but had no telephone and I had to walk down to reception all the time I wanted something. Bournemouth Highcliff Marriott Hotel
Yes all general amenities were good. the metal structure in the shower fell off, The heating packed up on our 2nd day, and the kettle steamed for a long time with a possibility of burns, the fridge did not get cold enough.
