"Front desk gal in the evening was very helpful and accommodating. I believe housekeeping all deserve a raise as they were all kind courteous and helpful. I also know how messy guests can be especially with kids and the room was clean when we checked in for our stay. Also room rotates were very comparable to hotels around. Of course I do wish coupons to attend and enjoy the activ ities on site were a lower price but even so my family had an amazing time enjoying the things available. I will say it is hard to enjoy both the dry activities and the water park in one day. We could only enjoy the dry activities as we stayed one night and with it costing so much for one day we could not participate in both check in and check out day we had to choose one or the other. Maybe a deep discount and limited hours could be available for one night guests so they can enjoy both areas available. "

"It surpassed my expectations. Highly recommend and love to stay again. Pool very large. Huge jacuzzi. Tv had great options for movies plus music. Loved large rooms and friendly staff. Plenty places to park. Great!"

"Beautiful hotel, and spacious room. We had a private bathroom across the hall. There are eating locations an easy walk away. The hotel was noisy as we could hear people on below floor, but night was fine as used white noise devices we brought. The bed wasn’t all that comfortable, and I got cold at night. But we give it 5 stars because it’s such a nice place. I really liked the easy check-in using text messages. Breakfast had a nice variety."
