"There were some issues with the room. The first room I was put in had a leak in the bathroom ceiling. The second room had a few holes in the wall where some hooks had been and the drawers on the dresser were off kilter. It looked like the room had been used roughly at some point. However, it was clean and the staff was friendly and extremely helpful."

"They got us in at the last minute as a result of a problem with the property we had originally booked. Staff was great! The problems were minor, hairdryer didn't work, juice machine was putting out only water, location wasn't exactly where we wanted to be. The service, friendliness and pool temperature kind of made up for it. The lady cleaning the windows was so efficient, I had to watch her for some tips. "
