Hotels in East Side Capistrano

"I came home with roaches in my belongings. Rooms are not maintained nor cleaned daily. The front desk at check in informs you to call for room cleaning. The phone in the rooms do not work. The bathrooms are not throughly cleaned. Possibly pink mold. For a three day/ two night stay was provided ONE opened toilet paper roll. No additional ones located in room. Had to call front desk from my personal phone to request additional toilet paper due to the room Phone not functioning. The pictures don’t properly display what the property looks like. Google this property before booking"

"If you dont mind me out in the middle of nowhere, way in the boondocks, windy road to get to this property. The staff should inform guest that the slides close at 4:45pm. Yeah and if you think of going to the big one thats off ways from the property because there is no security to get access, so many people that are not even guest of the property fill it up. How do I know because over 20 cars had tickets for not having the parking pass. So we go into the pool with the waterslides and thers is no were to sit. I would not stay here again. For the price find something more convenient to store and not that unnecessary drive. "

"I will go back. The hotel was very clean and kind of a throw back feel. Little cafe on property was excellent. Staff great too. I will go back and highly recommend. I enjoyed the break from the common hotel feel."
