The outside of the building was so bad that the garbage was everywhere falling out of the garbage cans. We went to the rooms it was two rooms and one room had nets in the bathrooms and the tv didn’t work nor the remotes were working. We were too scared to eat the breakfast nor did we take showers. ...

There were lots of families in the hotel for spring break; the breakfast room was packed - couldn’t get a cup of coffee because the pot was empty.
