We had a wonderful stay at the Beach Front Hotel! Really warm welcome and such a friendly team. We stayed in the sea view room 4 which did not disappoint. The room was surprisingly quiet considering it was on the main seafront promenade. Super spacious and clean room. Breakfast is alone well worth the stay. Great value for money! Highly recommended.

Welcome and staff great. Really friendly. Clean and comfy. Room maybe a little small but other than that great stay and good breakfast.

Perfect!
Selina was very welcoming on arrival. Room was spotless, comfortable (despite all the stairs), lovely sea views. Breakfast was excellent, friendly and accomodating staff. A very pleasant and enjoyable overnight stay - would thoroughly recommend.

Very happy overall. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was filling and tasty and it's in a great location, near the pier and town centre. You might find the room a bit small if you're having an extended stay but it worked for us

The staff are amazing and friendly, every part of the building is super clean and tidy, breakfast very good and the rooms are well maintained. Really nice atmosphere, relaxing, and we slept comfortably. Pier, shops, pubs and restaurants are few minutes away. Overall great experience and will be back again next year.

Immaculate boutique BnB in terms of presentation, maintenance and cleanliness. Friendly, warm service by Selina and team. The English Breakfast is very high quality, and cooked on order. Would stay again on next visit to Eastbourne.
