"The hotel was right at the base of mountain making access to the slopes fantastic. Staff were very nice and accommodating. The rooms were large and clean with a very good breakfast. The only concerns were the basement rooms close to the spa which had a musty odor. English was limited but that’s not their fault it just made communication a little bit of a challenge. Overall, a very pleasant experience, especially, tea and cakes at 5 pm! "

"The hotel is pretty but the lobby is HOT. They do not have AC in the lobby and around the pool table so therefore you cannot use that part of the hotel unless you want to sweat. We stayed in malatya for visit

and therefore booked the suites which provide living room. Once upon check in we were given regular rooms. When we saw the room we had to go back to reception and remind them our booking were for suites. They changed our rooms to suites and Unfortunately we were told no visitors...

"We stayed at Dedeman with my fiance for a 3 day skiing holiday. This vintage hotel is vibey and pretty well-maintained considering its age - it's clean enough. The food selection at the all inclusive cafeteria was very impressive, we were happily fed - although the alcohol prices are riddiculously high for our standards (unfortunately not included in the all-inclusive package). The only major issue we had was with the attitude of the staff at reception. When we first arrived to the hotel around...

"Room was huge and really lovely, premium bed and the shower was fantastic. Had a coffee machine in room but no coffee to go with it. No proper cups only paper cups to use. Staff very minimal English, and not really interested at check in. The valet took car key to park car and left it exactly where we parked it on the street anyway. Breakfast was very good variety, but again staff move around like ghosts avoiding eye contact. Hotel good, recommend stay if using as stopover point. "
