"Beautiful place set by lake outside the town of Puumala. It was a very peaceful and serene setting, a great place to go to get away from busy cities.
I would say that the staff were friendly rather than warm and helpful."

"The apartment was lovely. Perfect for a family of 4. The hotel information could be updated to provide clearer information about additional costs, like linens, transport from rail/airports, which train station is actually closest. A folder including I for on the area would be nice, too, for first time visitors to the area.
Still, Markku provided information quickly when we emailed. "

"Very pleasant stay at this nice hotel situated almost at the top of a mountain. Friendly staff, great view over lake Pielinen and just a short walk from Paha-Koli and Akka-Koli view points. Also a very decent restaurant. "
