"Immediately upon stepping into our room there was a dirty rag that was used by the housekeepers on the floor behind the door. When we went to breakfast there was 2 bus loads of tourists there and the food was gone, we went back to our room and waited for the buses to clear out, at which point we asked for waffle batter and we were told that "the waffle me wouldn't be here until later in the afternoon." all it required was for her to mix some more batter but she was to exhausted to do anything. there was no fruit left, no yogurt, no waffles, no muffins. So we went out to breakfast at a local restraunt. Also when I requested ice, they do not have an ice machine. I will not be staying at the Clarion in Idaho Falls again."

"We had a fantastic stay at Sawtelle Mountain Resort in Island Park! The resort is ~ 30 min from Yellowstone west entrance and resort rates are reasonable. The very first thing we noticed was how spotless and well-maintained the entire property is. Our family room was absolutely immaculate and had a wonderfully unique charm to it that made the stay feel extra special. Another huge plus was the complimentary breakfast, which offered a great variety of fresh options to start the day. If you are visiting Yellowstone National park, I highly recommend staying here."
