"Everything was awesome"

"There are so much that i love about the Carousel, but I do have 2 complaints about our recent stay. The indoor pool was closed the entire time. To my understanding, it was a mechanical issue, but there was no sign on the door to let people know it was closed. A sign would've prevented the multiple questions throughout the day, every day. The second complaint is the game room by the pool. Those machines need some maintenance because half of them didnt work and there were 3 machines that took my credits but wouldn't let us play. My kids were quite disappointed and the front desk can't even do anything about the machines. I called the number on the card for assistance, but that was no help either. Other than those 2 things, we had a wonderful experience in our 3 night stay. Theres a heated outdoor pool that we enjoyed and we went to Jolly Rogers to make up for the games. We come to OC at the same time every year and wouldn't even think about staying at another hotel. "

"Right on the boardwalk with a beautiful pool attached! Handicap accessible with elevator option. "

"Room was not cleaned daily and staff stated it was due to the do not disturb sign which we did not have until the second night. Otherwise great staff and resort. "

"We love the grand my family has stayed there 3 times now. The hotel is clean and has everything you need. The coffee shop inside the hotel is open 24 hours and is amazing. It also has an indoor and outdoor pool. Close walk to the beach. We stayed on the 2nd floor with deck view of the beach and the view is amazing. "
