"Good service"

"This place has awful staff, got told check out was 11am, found out from housekeeping it was 9:30, told the front desk that, and that I will not be staying again and some horrid snotty woman in the back screamed thank you. This place entirely sucks, and I don't recommend anyone ever waste a dime on this location. My interactions was: check in, get my keys. barely enough was said to get my id and card. In the morning whomever was working the front desk asked me if I was checking out- I told her yes, housekeeping wanted in the room at 9:30 (it was maybe 9:45 at this point), I wouldn't be staying again. Someone from the back office screamed "Thank you", I yelled back "you're welcome" and left."

"Downtown location, excellent/helpful staff, 24 hour (!) shuttle to airport & back, protected parking, great rate for extended parking. Highly recommend :)"

"I actually loved the location and that it was in the middle of a hospital center. It made me feel safe as a solo traveler. The breakfast is great and there’s also a really nice attendant that takes care of things and is there if you need any help. The rooms are clean, spacious, and the bed is super comfortable. But, my favorite part about the whole place is Ashley! She works the front desk and is amazing. She really gave me the best impression on the place and anytime I come back through this area, I’m staying there because of her. "

"Room poorly kept/ cleaned"

"The front desk person who ran the shuttle was very kind and helpful. Never felt like I was a bother at all. The room was iffy. There was no screen in the window. The room was EXTREMELY tiny (I dont know that 2 people could both fit in the room). The shower was dirty (the soap from the last person was still in there) and it was VERY VERY LOUD. It was almost as if the walls were made of paper and there were no windows at all. I couldn't sleep not a wink the whole time. I was so exhausted for my long day of travel after checking out because I had only a couple of small increments of 20-30 mins of sleep the whole time. Also, the wifi was so slow I ended up using my Hotspot. I wasn't expecting anything fancy but I didn't expect it to be this bad either."

"First time staying, we picked the hotel for the pool. First morning we got to swim and the big slide looks as if its going to tip over it wobbles even with the little kids going down. a little scary. the bathroom in the pool was strewn with toilet paper and we were the first ones in the morning. the evening we took the kiddos down and they began swimming and we noticed feces in the deeper part. called front desk she came and inspected and closed it down and itd be cleaned over night and be available in the morning. Morning came we called for a late check out just until noon the man stated no, he had a large group coming and couldn't never had that happen before. the pool was also to be cleaned and i asked when it would be available he said its not. We were here for my sons birthday, he wanted to swim and glad we got to once. the room was okay, the beds are definitely worn."
