"Great part of the Hyatt property. Brought some friends to Omaha to see the zoo and we stayed a couple of extra days to spend millions of dollars in the Old Market area. Loved it."

"We stayed two nights and took advantage of the room, continental breakfast, the gym, and the pool. The rooms were nice and spacious and we easily fit a family of six (two adults and four small kids). The rooms were very clean and the staff was quite friendly whenever we interacted with them (shout out to Bob The Builder). Continental breakfast was well stocked and fresh. The gym was small, but clean and very usable for what I needed. The pool was decent sized and maintained. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and will be bookmarking this location for future visits! "

"This historic hotel was definitely a surprising gem. The surrounding area of the city was a bit sketchy but the property itself was wonderful. Comfortable rooms, beautiful decor, convenient restaurant."

"The only positive things I can say is the bed was comfortable, it had a microwave and refrigerator, and it is very close to the zoo. The in-room coffee maker was broken, but I was able to fix it. The coffee provided was not meant for the coffee maker and there was no sugar or cream provided. There was an in-door pool, but it was set to about 70 degrees and was too cold to use. It advertised continental breakfast, but at breakfast time there was a sign that said "No Breakfast." Generally, the entire property was run-down. There was no hand soap in the bathroom and they did provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower, but they were practically empty. It's a shame because you can tell the property used to be nice but the current owners have let it go."

"This property was perfect for our little vacay with kids. The waterpark was great, not too big or overwhelming. Everyone had a great time. The staff here is amazing! Our A/C went out late at night and the maintenance person came back from home to help us. Service above and beyond. I would definitely recommend."
