"We stayed one night.There was no hot water for a shower or use the sink.Also the phone in room didn't work as the line was cut. And the remnants of the line were bundled in a knot with the lamp and alarm clock wires. Fire hazard."

This hotel has been around a while under a previous business name and has needed upgrades for a while but it has happened. I have a new hotel brand to add to my list now. Thank you so much to the owners, because I needed a peaceful stay and good sleep so badly. I'm literally forever grateful. "

"I self-parked in the garage amidst a bit of confusion and congestion with street construction happening right outside the front entrance of the hotel. Parking was easy enough, and safe, but the garage could use a serious power washing. Dirty garage floor makes for dirty hotel floor. Otherwise, the room was clean and beautifully Deco. The staff, from the front desk to the valet, the restaurant and bar, were wonderfully friendly, and helpful and welcoming. Great stay"

"First, let me say, the staff is the aboslutely best, and most friendly. This was iur 3rd time at this location. They are awesome. The hotel us spotless. Breakfast perfect. We will drive 10 hours again for the zoo, and stay here again"

"The breakfast is something we always appreciate at motels. But, it was pretty average. It had a 5am start for work crews in the area. They had loud conversations that carried over to our room across the hall. The tables needed to be wiped clean in between guests eating. Paper plates were flimsy. Parking was good. "

"Good value stay. Some renovation in progress, so some messiness expected. Pool is indoors but small and it was close for week I stayed. Hotel is neither new or Victorian. "
